Commissioning me means the commissioner accepts all these terms and conditions.

Please respects my art style. I don't accept anyform of style mimicry from another illustrator.

My service are not first come first serve.

I may reject orders I believe outside my range of ability or other personal reasons.

spesifically for Live2D model, client must pay 25% from total price first to book a slot, this is to avoid any hit and run condition.

I retain all artistic copyrights to post/use commission artwork (unless otherwise discussed).

Credit must be given to me, Floreinscence, when commissioned artwork is used.

I have the right to post / livestreaming my work on my platforms. (for NDA will be charged 50% from commission price).

Please provide complete character reference(s), I don’t accept reference in description text.

It is recommended to compile all references into one large file, be it a PDF, Google Doc, or Google Drive folder.

Maximum revision is 3 times. After that I will charge 20k/revision.

Major revisions can only be made at sketching phase.

Using my works as NFTS, AI, or anything associated is strictly prohibited.

If i find that my terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted and won’t be transacted with in the future.

I only accept IDR via local bank MANDIRI and USD via Paypal. Payment can also be done from Trakteer and Tako.

Payments via Trakteer or Tako will incur a 5% increase to the invoice to accommodate for platform fees.

I will sent invoice after client approve the sketch i've sent.

Payment must be done within 48 hours after the invoice was sent.

If the invoice has sent and not been paid for over a week, I will cancel the commission (unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay).

Down payment only applied to L2D model service with minimum 50-60% from overall price (full payment is preferred).

No refunds if piece has already been started (please be 100% sure if you want to commission me).

I am not responsible for your financial struggle, do not ask for refund or you will be blacklisted.

Regular illustration - Took around 2-4 weeks to be delivered. (Depend on difficulty)

Emotes and Badges - Took around 2 months to be delivered.

Live2D model - Took around 3-4 months to be delivered. (Depend on difficulty)

These estimated worktime are adjusted based on my current arm condition.

2x price commercial - For digital media use (ex: music video, streaming, promotional video, etc). Crediting me as artist is greatly appreciated.

3x price commercial - For profitable merchandise use (ex: poster, standee, keychain, etc) please discuss first if you want to make non profitable/private merchandise.
